MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the September 2021 Librarian board exam is available on this page as officially released on September 13-17 or in 2-6 working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Librarian board exam on September 8 and 9 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

In the September 2019 Librarian licensure exam, Daniel Soriano Balbin Jr. from Benguet State University – La Paz aced the board with 89.75%. It was followed by Allyana Macabulos Bermudez from University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 89.30%.
In the September 2018 exams, Lyandrea Grace Daoas Capuyan from Saint Louis University (SLU) grabbed the highest place with 88.60%. Briar Rose Javier Mariano from Baliuag University followed with 88.50%.
In the September 2017 exams, Apolonio Martinez Patron from UST topped the board with 90.85%. Sylvan Dan Macabante Moldes, University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman alum, came in second spot with 89.05%.
