MANILA, Philippines – Several countries are now requiring international travellers to present the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) that will prove that they have been fully inoculated against COVID-19. Also known as the vaccine passport, Yellow Card, or Carte Jaune, the ICV can be secured from the Department of Health’s Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).
