MANILA, Philippines – Miss India Harnaaz Sandhu was crowned Miss Universe 2021 on Sunday, December 12, 2021 (Monday, December 13 Manila time) at the Universe Dome in Eilat, Israel.

Sandhu, 21, bested 79 candidates from around the world. Paraguay’s Nadia Ferreira was named the first-runner up while Miss South Africa Lalela Mswane followed as second runner-up.
