MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release results of November 2021 Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PhLE) or Pharmacy board exam, including the complete list of passers, between December 1 and 3 or in 2-4 working days after the exam.

PRC conducted the the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on November 25 and 26, 2021.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://ift.tt/2Y2xndr and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1283 s. 2020 for the ‘Schedule of Licensure Examinations for Year 2021’, the target release of Pharmacist board exam results is on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
Note that results may be released on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor release of results between December 1 and 3, 2021.
